Returns and Refund Policy
At FSYNC Returns and Refunds are Available. Once an order is delivered, it is eligible for a return or refund.
Refund & Return Policy (5-Day Window)
We offer a 5-day return window from the date your order is placed.
Eligibility for Returns:
- The return request must be initiated within 5 days of placing the order.
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags intact.
How to Request a Return:
- Please fill in your details on the Contact Page to initiate a return request.
- Once approved, a return shipping label will be provided by us.
Refund Process:
- After we receive the returned product, it will be inspected and verified.
- Once the product passes the quality check, the refund will be initiated.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a few business days.
Exchange Policy (5-Day Window)
We offer exchanges , subject to the conditions below:
- Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of order delivery.
- The item must be:
Unworn, unused, and unwashed
In original condition with all tags, packaging, and FSYNC security tag fully intact
Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items sent without prior exchange approval will not be accepted.
Product Availability & Alternate Options
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the requested exchange product or size is not available:
- You may choose an alternate product of equal value, or
- Receive store credit for future purchases (valid as per FSYNC terms)
Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Security Tag Policy (Strict)
All FSYNC products come with a tamper-proof FSYNC security tag.
- The security tag must remain intact, attached, and unaltered
- If the tag is removed, cut, broken, or missing:
- The product becomes ineligible for exchange, even if unused
- No exceptions will be made under any circumstances
This policy applies to all items, including unworn products.
Damages & Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery if:
- You receive a damaged or defective product, or
- You receive an incorrect item
Our team will review the case and provide a suitable resolution. Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.
Exceptional Refunds (If Approved)
Refunds are not standard and are issued only if explicitly approved by FSYNC after review.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment
- Processing time: 7–10 business days after approval
- Banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount
European Union Customers
For orders shipped to the EU, statutory consumer rights may apply. However, all items must still meet FSYNC’s security tag and condition requirements to qualify for any exception.
